This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide strategic leadership on a global scale for FSP Partnership Oversight operations.
• Develop the vision, strategy, operational framework, and growth initiatives for FSP oversight services.
• Propel enterprise performance, excellence in client partnerships, innovation, and organizational transformation.
• Act as the executive sponsor for the largest and most critical FSP partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite and executive-level clients.
• Lead executive governance forums and conduct strategic business reviews.
• Influence long-term strategies for partnerships and enterprise agreements.
• Responsible for meeting revenue, profitability, growth, and operational targets.
• Formulate business development strategies and support major commercial pursuits.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership on planning for investments, resources, and growth.
• Head global teams consisting of Senior Directors, Directors, and Project Oversight leaders.
• Promote a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
• Assess emerging technologies, AI solutions, and digital capabilities to boost operational performance.
• Advocate for a culture of ongoing innovation and managed risk-taking.
• Work across divisions to enhance business integration and operational alignment.
• Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or higher with licensed certified healthcare training.
• Prior experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role (equivalent to 15+ years).
• Over 8 years of leadership experience.
• Valid Passport, where applicable.
• Capability to develop, implement, and execute strategic plans by leveraging relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Proven history of success in clinical development and in leading and mentoring professional staff in a project-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with a validated ability to introduce new solutions.
• Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously and effectively.
• Skills in stakeholder and client management; strong negotiation abilities, adept at navigating politicized situations, utilizes influence and credibility, and builds collaborative internal/external networks.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities, including proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Exhibits sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking, leveraging data and business insight to create effective solutions.
• Skilled in managing complex and ambiguous issues.
• Proven leadership and emotional intelligence with the capability to understand and manage interpersonal dynamics and apply conflict resolution techniques.
• Proficient in identifying and cultivating talent and capabilities within the department, skilled in coaching and mentoring.
• Self-aware and open to learning, capable of acting as an ambassador for innovation and change, skilled in process improvement.
• Strong marketing and organizational skills.
• Influential communicator, adept at tailoring approaches to motivate and inspire others.
• Expert knowledge of project management principles and their application.
