This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee, develop, and enhance the TGaS portfolio within designated accounts by building relationships with key decision-makers in large and mid-sized companies.
• Strategically analyze complex client organizations of varying sizes to identify growth opportunities for both current and new TGaS solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Leaders to utilize their expertise in creating both integrated and standalone TGaS offerings.
• Provide vision and guidance for identifying and qualifying leads on behalf of TGaS Advisors.
• Report directly to the SVP and serve as the primary account lead for 10-12 large/mid-size accounts, overseeing contracted business advisory services and business development initiatives across all TGaS Advisors solutions.
• Act as the main advisor for the Commercial Operations leader(s) through advisory and peer-to-peer membership services.
• Lead and supervise contracted multi-solution benchmarks in collaboration with the TGaS PMO and Operations leaders.
• Responsible for achieving an annual revenue target and expanding the TGaS business in both existing and new accounts.
• Develop annual and long-term business plans for accounts in partnership with TGaS Solution Leads.
• Review plans quarterly to assess the need for adjustments.
• Maintain professional and current knowledge of assigned targeted accounts and TGaS service capabilities to provide “value-added” expanded services to all suitable clients.
• Engage in monthly updates with TGaS Solution Leads and Trinity Life Sciences partners to review current engagements and identify potential new opportunities.
• Serve as a TGaS business unit liaison with broader Trinity Life Sciences Account Leads and Team to foster relationships and form strategic partnerships for identifying business opportunities for Trinity Life Sciences offerings.
• Actively research, synthesize, and communicate current industry trends and changes, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of commercial operations experience at the Director/VP level or relevant business development experience supporting life sciences organizations.
• Proven success in leading and/or supporting commercial operations departments through internal support or strategic advisory services partnerships.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing, market access, and medical affairs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing business deals.
• Ability to create and implement strategic business development plans aimed at driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across an organization to gain alignment in securing new and existing business opportunities, with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
