Executive Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute operational strategies that are in line with the strategic goals of both the company and The Institute.

• Ensure the financial wellbeing of the organization by developing annual budgets and three-year plans, while effectively managing expenses to meet established annual revenue targets.

• Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all channels to evaluate performance and success.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of all educational content, guaranteeing high-quality and consistent results.

• Manage the development, implementation, and marketing of the Chartered Insurance Asset Manager (CIIM) designation program.

• Plan, execute, and continuously enhance both in-person and virtual events, providing outstanding experiences for participants and sponsors alike.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and accountability among various departments.

• Assist in prospecting, sales, retention, and upselling initiatives by highlighting client value propositions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in media, education, or event-focused organizations.

• Proven track record of translating strategic concepts into measurable achievements.

• Strong skills in team leadership and development.

• Proficient in operational technology tools, such as CRM systems, event management software, and learning platforms.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Experience in budget management and resource optimization.
