• Establish the vision and oversee the execution of strategies to create a significant impact in Texas.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to promote educational initiatives.

• Design and implement local frameworks for teacher development and leadership.

• Lead a team and foster staff growth in alignment with strategic objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising and managing relationships with donors.
