Executive Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to expand both national and local programs.

• Supervise all civic programming to engage and mobilize a movement of citizens.

• Guide digital followers through the engagement pipeline.

• Create the toolkit: educational workshops, training programs, and resources.

• Establish a credentialing system, volunteer initiatives, local chapters, and/or town hall meetings.

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

• Cultivate a culture of Builders.

• Efficiently manage program budgets and resources.

• Formulate and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy.

• Identify and seek funding opportunities through grants.

• Develop top-tier mechanisms to hold local elected officials accountable.

• Collaborate with Builders Media to synchronize media campaigns and civic engagement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading initiatives, coalitions, or programs, preferably in the political sphere, civic engagement, or community impact as an Executive Director or CEO of a mission-driven organization.

• Extensive understanding of the political, cultural, and social landscape, both in Texas and on a national level, acquired through experience in or alongside government, community organizing, or civic engagement.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Proven experience in building and scaling programs or initiatives from the ground up.

• A demonstrated ability to unite diverse groups to achieve shared objectives.

• Proficiency in managing complex projects, including event planning, stakeholder coordination, and budget management.
