Executive Director, AI Platform Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and direct the engineering strategy, roadmap, and operational framework for the organization's agentic AI platform.

• Supervise the design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing management of platform functionalities.

• Set platform engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and development methodologies.

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in creating reusable platform services, tools, and components.

• Collaborate with product, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

• Enhance platform performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Steer the modernization of existing systems and processes.

• Convey platform strategy, technical direction, delivery updates, risks, and investment requirements to senior executives and key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential; a Master of Science and/or MBA is highly preferred.

• Over 15 years of progressive product management experience, including significant leadership roles overseeing senior product leaders.

• Extensive expertise in AI-driven product management.

• Demonstrated capability in people leadership and organizational development.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and executive influence.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred, ideally in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related discipline.
