Executive Compensation Consultant, Expert Testimony Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in forensic engagements related to matrimonial litigation, encompassing income analysis, lifestyle evaluation, separate versus marital property tracing, and cash flow assessments.

• Manage daily case workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent cases in various industries.

• Offer technical guidance and review work products to ensure quality and consistency.

• Participate in staff training and initiatives for professional development.

• Stay updated on current developments in forensic accounting standards, trends in executive compensation, family law, tax implications of divorce, and pertinent case law.

• Provide thought leadership on executive compensation strategies, program design, and incentive plan architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in executive compensation consulting, particularly in litigious contexts.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Prior experience providing testimony is mandatory.

• Experience in managing engagements and overseeing junior staff.

• Required exposure to expert witness roles and family law proceedings.

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; capable of translating complex financial information for legal audiences.

• Proficient in reviewing and synthesizing large volumes of intricate information and documentation.

• Skilled in preparing written reports and delivering clear, concise, and defensible opinions.

• Comfortable presenting findings and offering testimony in depositions, arbitration, or court settings.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, particularly in adversarial or high-stakes situations.

• Maintain professionalism, composure, and credibility when questioned or challenged.
