This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop and implement a thorough partnership strategy.
• Identify, assess, and secure new partnership opportunities.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with key partners.
• Generate profitable revenue through initiatives led by partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped for effective promotion and sales.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of five years focused on partner-oriented selling in B2B settings.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding profitable revenue targets.
