Managing Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Be the Face of the Brand:

• - Lead all events, manage member communications, and represent the club publicly with charm and authority.

• - Act as the primary spokesperson, influencing the club’s voice and narrative across media, online platforms, and live events.

• Architect the Community:

• - Design and implement the complete member journey, from onboarding to daily engagement, aiming for a +70 NPS.

• - Create frameworks that promote meaningful interactions, retention, and community-driven growth.

• Drive Growth:

• - Utilize the Decentralized Masters ecosystem to attract the first 50 members within 90 days and develop a scalable growth engine for future success.

• - Set clear metrics and systems to track engagement, conversion, and retention.

• Run the Investment Engine:

• - Develop and oversee a high-quality deal flow pipeline, encompassing sourcing, screening, due diligence, and presenting opportunities to members.

• - Collaborate with founders and co-investors to secure exclusive investment opportunities.

• Own the Business:

• - Manage the P&L, oversee the selection and implementation of the tech stack, and run daily operations with full ownership and operational discipline.

• - Create processes, reports, and dashboards to ensure accountability and measurable outcomes.

• A Proven Builder: You possess 5-7+ years of experience and a history of creating something remarkable from the ground up - be it a company, a community, or a major product.

• A Community Native: You have firsthand experience in building and scaling a paid community. You grasp the art and science of fostering belonging.

• A Public Presence: You are an engaging communicator who feels at ease on stage, in front of the camera, and in the limelight.

• Operationally Excellent: You excel at transforming chaos into organized systems. You are skilled in processes, prioritization, automation, and task completion.

• DI (Dominance-Influence) Personality: You are a born leader capable of commanding a room (Influence) with an unyielding drive to execute and achieve results (Dominance).
