This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners in the LATAM region, including websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and networks.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with affiliates to enhance performance, engagement, and loyalty.
• Create and optimize CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid agreements in collaboration with the operations team.
• Monitor key metrics such as FTDs, ROI, conversions, retention, and traffic quality, implementing enhancements as necessary.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to align affiliate initiatives with promotions, campaigns, and regional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, regulations, and company policies among affiliates.
• Detect and mitigate fraud, poor traffic quality, and violations of rules.
• Manage affiliate tracking tools for accurate reporting, attribution, and payouts.
• Generate performance summaries, forecasts, and strategic insights for leadership.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in the LATAM region.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and partner meetings as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on the Argentinian market preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the major Argentinian region.
• Proven track record of managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models with tangible business results.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse portfolios.
• Data-driven mindset for analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and informing optimizations.
• Experience in detecting fraud, assessing traffic quality, and enforcing compliance in affiliate programs.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.
• Capable of working across LATAM time zones while based in Cyprus.
