Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee LumiMeds' affiliate and partnership program across various networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, or similar) alongside direct relationships.

• Identify and onboard suitable affiliates including health bloggers, wellness influencers, comparison websites, coupon platforms, email publishers, and telehealth review sites.

• Negotiate commission structures, CPA agreements, and hybrid arrangements that align partner incentives with patient lifetime value (LTV).

• Activate and re-engage current partners by creating promotions, providing creative assets, and conducting performance evaluations.

• Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across all affiliate placements.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate messaging adheres to FDA/FTC guidelines for health and compounded medication claims.

• Report on affiliate contributions, including new patients, revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and LTV segmented by partner.

• Explore and test additional partnership models such as referral programs, loyalty integrations, and co-marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing affiliate or performance partnership programs, whether on the brand side or in an agency setting.

• Direct experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, or similar).

• A strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures.

• Proven experience in recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scale.

• Familiarity with fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and brand safety within affiliate channels.

• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with generating reports, creating dashboards, and making optimization decisions based on performance metrics.

• Bonus: experience in telehealth, direct-to-consumer health, wellness, or subscription business models.

• Bonus: pre-existing relationships with health/wellness publishers, comparison sites, or coupon platforms.
