This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to executives at the VP level, which includes managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling various correspondence.
• Organize and coordinate both internal and external meetings, taking charge of preparing agendas, reserving venues, setting up video and conference calls, and documenting minutes as required.
• Plan travel itineraries and accommodations for executives, ensuring that all trips are meticulously arranged and executed seamlessly.
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, managing logistics, vendor relations, and attendee coordination.
• Create and refine presentations, reports, and other documents to assist with executive requirements.
• Act as a liaison among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Oversee and submit expense reports, guaranteeing timely reimbursements and compliance with company policies.
• Support special projects by providing research, coordination, and additional assistance as necessary.
• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting multiple C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with various systems and business tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
• Experience in a tech environment.
• Option for remote work following successful onsite training.
