This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and efficiently manage inboxes, calendars, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and scheduling tasks.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries from the website.
• Prepare worksheets, spreadsheets, reports, forms, and questionnaires.
• Provide assistance with general administrative and operational duties across various businesses.
• Keep organized records and documentation; responsible for creating, preparing, and sending quotes; assist in assembling online courses.
• Develop polished and professional business presentations and slide decks.
• Transform existing content into visually appealing presentations.
• Find and source relevant visuals, graphics, and supporting materials.
• Help with basic video editing and content formatting as needed.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Conduct basic lead qualification and routing tasks.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Manage Mailchimp campaigns, contact lists, and communication workflows.
• Support sponsor communications, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting administrative tasks.
• Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Aid in the organization and reporting of financial records.
• Assist with MYOB-related tasks as required.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a comparable role.
• Strong skills in creating presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, etc.).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must possess a high level of video editing proficiency.
• Experience with spreadsheets and reporting.
• Comfortable managing client communications and conducting lead follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar communication tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Basic experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficient in MYOB or other accounting software.
• Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
• Background in supporting founders or executives.
• Experience in working remotely with international clients.
