This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing tasks.
• Organize and prepare materials for essential meetings such as ELT sessions, Board meetings, Special Committees, and cross-functional leadership forums.
• Handle incoming requests and communications, ensuring they align with enterprise priorities.
• Compose, edit, and enhance executive communications on behalf of ELT members.
• Arrange complex travel logistics and executive engagements.
• Own and implement enterprise operating rhythms, which include weekly ELT meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning cycles (IBP).
• Ensure alignment among functions regarding priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor key initiatives and follow-ups, holding teams accountable for their commitments.
• Assist in the creation of executive-level materials such as dashboards, one-pagers, and board updates.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects for the ELT, including organizational transformation, cost optimization, and retail performance initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communication with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, provide insights, and drive solutions in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Act as a force multiplier to expedite the execution of priority initiatives.
• Serve as a central point of coordination among ELT members and their respective teams.
• Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication of decisions, priorities, and updates.
• Facilitate alignment between enterprise functions and state-level teams.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout all interactions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Hold a valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
• Have 5 to 10+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, business operations, or project management.
• Experience in supporting multiple senior executives or leadership teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to understand financial and operational drivers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing competing priorities and executing tasks swiftly and accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., cannabis, healthcare, CPG) is an advantage.
