This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee calendars, appointments, and scheduling tasks.
• Organize meetings, travel logistics, and itineraries.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and follow-up communications.
• Create reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Plan, generate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Track engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
• Formulate and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Evaluate performance metrics and refine campaigns accordingly.
• Remain informed about trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or a comparable position.
• Practical experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and various social media platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is advantageous.
