This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Daily Management and Proactive Support: Oversee and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, allocate time for high-priority tasks, schedule meetings, and ensure the CEO is thoroughly prepared for each day.

• Email and Communication Oversight: Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails and messages, filtering essential information to help the CEO remain focused while eliminating routine communication distractions.

• Daily Check-Ins and Task Planning: Conduct a daily brief with the CEO to review priorities, establish action items, and address any immediate needs, ensuring both the CEO and the team stay on track.

• Self-Directed Task Identification: Seek out tasks or projects that align with business objectives, whether by enhancing internal processes, collaborating with team members, or optimizing workflows.

• Manage and Anticipate Owner’s Needs: Track ongoing projects, follow up on open items, and keep the CEO informed of key updates and deadlines without requiring reminders.

• Invoicing & Accounts Support: Issue invoices promptly and accurately, monitor their status to ensure payments are received, follow up on overdue invoices (e.g., after one week), maintain detailed and organized invoicing records with clear notes (e.g., date sent, follow-ups needed), and assist in tracking company expenses and managing financial spreadsheets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the Philippines.

• Basic accounting (invoicing) knowledge and experience are required.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.

• Applicants must be 18 years old or older.

• Willingness to work from home with a stable internet connection is necessary.

• Candidates must have their own equipment — a reliable laptop or PC and a noise-cancelling headset.

• Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) is mandatory.

• Leadership potential and vision: Previous experience managing remote tasks or supporting a business owner is advantageous.

• Resourcefulness and a solution-oriented mindset: You should seek ways to streamline the business owner’s daily operations, identify gaps, solve problems, and proactively contribute to long-term growth.

• Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are needed to maintain consistent, professional interactions with the business owner, team members, and clients.
