This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the CEO's email inbox by labeling, filtering, and organizing it to ensure priority items are easily identifiable.
• Compose and send emails on the CEO's behalf, including outreach for fundraising to potential contacts.
• Manage calendar appointments, arrange meetings, and send reminders as necessary.
• Conduct targeted outreach by sending 10-15 emails weekly to prospective contacts using messaging and content provided by the CEO.
• Monitor outreach activities and follow up as instructed.
• Provide assistance with data entry and upkeep in Raisly (fundraising CRM) as required.
• Process expense claims and reimbursement requests based on receipts submitted by the CEO.
• Undertake various ad hoc administrative tasks to help relieve the CEO's workload.
• Aid in policy development, document formatting, and internal communications as needed.
• Assist with transferring legacy data from Salesforce to Monday.com to streamline CRM and task management.
• Contribute to enhancing the organization’s efficiency in Monday.com for project and task tracking.
• Utilize the Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) as the primary set of tools.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or senior administrative role.
• Excellent written English skills, capable of independently drafting professional emails and correspondence.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Proactive, dependable, and able to manage tasks with minimal oversight.
• Available to overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for meetings and check-ins.
• Familiarity with Monday.com for managing tasks and projects.
• Experience with Raisly or comparable fundraising/CRM platforms.
• Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a non-profit context.
• Knowledge of child protection policies and NGO compliance frameworks.
