This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver comprehensive executive administrative assistance, oversee internal operations, and play a key role in enhancing culture and engagement initiatives throughout the organization.
β’ Assist the Executive Director of People and Culture with proactive calendar management, coordinating meetings, planning travel, and preparing materials for both internal and external engagements.
β’ Oversee daily operations that improve the efficiency of the People and Culture team, including scheduling, task management, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
β’ Contribute to the design and implementation of culture-building initiatives such as retreats, team-building events, internal celebrations, and engagement campaigns.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional projects by gathering input from stakeholders and supporting alignment among teams.
β’ Ensure effective internal communication by assisting with meetings, providing timely updates, and managing shared documentation.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning and providing administrative support to executive leadership.
β’ Proven ability to deliver proactive, high-level support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and handling confidential communications.
β’ Proficient in managing logistics and daily operations to enhance leadership effectiveness and team productivity.
β’ Excellent skills in polished internal communication and maintaining aligned, efficient workflows.
β’ Expertise in designing initiatives that promote connection and embody organizational values.
β’ Experienced in organizing retreats, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations that foster engagement and a sense of belonging.
β’ Strong capability to collaborate across teams and functions to ensure alignment and progress towards shared objectives.
β’ Adept at coordinating and supporting processes from planning to execution.
