This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to department managers, including coordinating calendars, tracking tasks, and verifying documentation.

• Assisting the HR department with compliance requirements and documentation verification.

• Supporting CRM and database updates, along with general client administration for ongoing projects.

• Leveraging AI tools to enhance personal workflows and boost operational efficiency.

• Aiding the marketing department with essential marketing activities, such as scheduling posts and managing basic administrative tasks for campaigns and content.


⛳️ Requirements

• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to foresee needs and take initiative without constant supervision.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial.

• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Previous remote experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, administration, operations, or other general support functions with international clients is necessary. **Experience with Australian clients is a significant advantage.**

• Adaptable and resourceful, with a background in handling a diverse range of tasks rather than being confined to a narrow role.

• Confident in utilizing AI tools and automation platforms, ideally with hands-on experience in improving workflows, creating prompts, or streamlining processes through AI.

• Familiarity with Asana and Slack is highly desirable.

• Dependable, discreet, and professional in managing sensitive information, compliance tasks, and internal communications.

• Willingness to work extended hours based on business and workload requirements.

• Understanding of the Australian NDIS and Aged Care system is highly beneficial.

• Must be comfortable with online video conferencing.

• Experience with Canva or creating marketing materials is strongly preferred.
