This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Capture leads from various channels and input them into Stageforce/CRM to ensure no potential clients are overlooked.
• Organize and classify incoming leads within the CRM system.
• Respond promptly to new leads, ideally on the same day or the following day, to maintain their interest in a fast-paced real estate market.
• Follow up with leads after they submit forms to collect any missing information and establish the initial contact.
• Qualify and sift through leads so that Dani focuses on the most suitable prospects.
• Create soft proposals in Canva utilizing Dani’s pre-existing templates and criteria.
• Dispatch proposals and manage follow-up communications once proposals are sent out.
• Monitor accepted proposals and assist with the next steps after clients have signed and made payments.
• Manage contract renewal outreach for staged homes approaching their end dates, which includes deciding whether to send an extension invoice or arrange for destaging pickup.
• Assist with basic invoicing and administrative follow-up related to signed projects and renewals.
• Possibly support a landing page linked to Shopify for the upcoming Elevated Home product line, depending on its complexity.
• Experience Required:
• Strong customer service skills consistent with a luxury brand experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Some background in sales administration.
• Experience with Stageforce is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Basic invoicing knowledge.
• Comfort with generating reports and basic data management.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude.
• Capability to assist with light landing page or Shopify setup.
• Excellent communication skills on phone calls; should avoid sounding overly sales-oriented.
