This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver daily executive and administrative assistance to the organization.
• Oversee general administrative duties, including scheduling, follow-ups, and operational coordination.
• Execute light bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring that records are precise and up-to-date.
• Conduct Xero reconciliations and aid in upholding financial accuracy.
• Utilize ServiceM8 to oversee workflow updates, job records, and operational responsibilities.
• Maintain well-organized records, documentation, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee timely completion of operational tasks.
• Assist in enhancing internal administrative workflows and overall efficiency.
• Provide support for ad hoc operational and administrative needs as required.
• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in an Administrative Support capacity.
• Familiarity with Xero, including reconciliations and light bookkeeping assistance.
• Practical experience with ServiceM8 is essential.
• Exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Capacity to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable in supporting both administrative and operational roles.
