Executive Assistant – Marketing & Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will serve as the operator overseeing communication, marketing, and daily operations.

β€’ Collaborate closely with leadership to support the client experience from start to finish.

β€’ Ensure that both communication and marketing are not only operational but also effective.

β€’ You will consistently be the reliable presence behind each client interaction.

β€’ Responsibilities include managing shared inboxes and guiding clients through the onboarding and offboarding processes.

β€’ You will not just respond to inquiries but also establish a structured approach.

β€’ Take full ownership of the content calendar to ensure timely execution.

β€’ You will schedule, publish, and facilitate progress using tools like Social Pilot.

β€’ Monitor performance metrics, recognize what is effective, and strive for continuous improvement.

β€’ Introduce systematic structure into communication and marketing workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience in managing client communications from beginning to end.

β€’ Practical experience with onboarding, offboarding, and process documentation.

β€’ Proven track record in managing and executing content calendars.

β€’ Exceptional written communication skills that are clear, professional, and considerate.

β€’ Experience in developing SOPs, templates, and organized workflows.

β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by systems.

β€’ Proficient in Google Workspace (familiarity with Canopy or Social Pilot is advantageous).

β€’ Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through on tasks.
