This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Assist in the creation of fundamental legal documents including contracts, letters, and templates under supervision.
β’ Perform initial legal research and collect relevant case law or regulatory information.
β’ Organize and manage digital case files and document repositories effectively.
β’ Provide support to senior paralegals and attorneys with both administrative and legal tasks.
β’ Review documents to ensure proper formatting, completeness, and accuracy.
β’ Aid in contract tracking and version management.
β’ Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing notes for internal purposes.
β’ Conduct data entry and maintain records within legal systems or spreadsheets.
β’ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications efficiently.
β’ Assist with compliance checks and documentation requirements.
β’ Learn and implement legal procedures and workflows across various matters.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in legal support, internships, or administrative roles.
β’ A degree (or ongoing studies) in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
β’ Strong skills in research, writing, and analysis.
β’ Basic knowledge of legal terminology and documentation.
β’ High attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.
β’ Capability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
β’ A strong eagerness to learn and progress in a legal career path.
β’ Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
β’ A positive attitude, coachability, and adaptability in a remote work environment.
