This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee executive calendars, manage meeting schedules, and coordinate appointments.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
• Organize and oversee executive inboxes efficiently.
• Prepare, format, and arrange proposals and business documents.
• Assist in documenting operational workflows and internal procedures.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM pipeline.
• Organize and manage digital files within SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners as necessary.
• 3-5 years of experience providing executive or virtual administrative support for clients in the US.
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position.
• A positive, proactive, and solution-driven "Can Do" attitude.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience in managing calendars, emails, and scheduling tasks.
• Familiarity with document formatting and presentation assistance.
• Experience in organizing digital files and documentation effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with updating CRM systems and managing databases.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Flexible schedule (5–10 hours/week with a preference for EST overlap).
