This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as a reliable right-hand partner to the CPTO by managing priorities, safeguarding time, and ensuring focus remains on the most impactful tasks.
• Take charge of communications and stakeholder management on behalf of the CPTO by handling inbound requests, directing decisions, and drafting clear outputs across Slack, email, and documentation.
• Propel operational cadence within Product & Engineering by overseeing planning rhythms, executive forums, action tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Equip the CPTO for every engagement with the right context, materials, and framing; ensuring they are never caught off guard.
• Detect gaps, eliminate obstacles, and introduce a lightweight structure when execution is losing momentum.
• Manage or assist with special projects from start to finish, providing clarity in ambiguous situations and ensuring deliverables remain on track.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an EA, PA, Chief of Staff, or Operations Manager in a genuinely fast-paced environment.
• Strong proactive mindset—drives initiatives forward without waiting for complete clarity or direction.
• Capable of holding senior stakeholders accountable and questioning requests that do not align with priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities—clear, direct, and suitable for every audience.
• Excellent judgment—knows when to escalate issues, when to manage them, and when to push back.
• Proficient with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, and Linear.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting a CTO, CPO, or technical leadership team.
• Background in a tech scale-up, cloud infrastructure, or AI-related business.
• Comfort working across multiple time zones and with distributed international teams.
