This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Executive Assistant/Client Support Lead at Coconut responsible for managing client interactions.
• Part-time role assisting clients and leading customer meetings for a remote team.
• Manages client reporting requirements, supports a team based in India, and continuously adapts processes.
• Manage daily customer support and ongoing client interactions.
• Prepare for client calls and customer meetings.
• Participate in and gradually take charge of customer meetings, with client support during the initial phase.
• Acquire knowledge of the software to become the primary client expert for daily requirements.
• Interpret the software and handle reporting tasks for clients.
• Take on special projects and additional assignments as needed.
• Provide general administrative and supporting role as the team operates with limited resources.
• Understand existing processes and ensure consistent adherence.
• Help manage the workflow of the India-based team by monitoring task logging, checking, and completion before reports are submitted.
• Work independently, enhance processes over time, and proactively take initiative when guidance is minimal.
• Assist with other projects during slower periods in response to business demands.
• Potential for growth into client management/account management responsibilities if the role expands.
• Capable of handling a fluctuating workload in a lean and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Background in executive assistance.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot administration.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication and customer meetings.
• Presentable and at ease on camera.
• Independent and proactive; able to work effectively with minimal direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft systems, Excel, Exchange, and HubSpot.
