This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for designated programs, guaranteeing a smooth, responsive, and high-quality client experience.
• Establish robust relationships among clients, agencies, Google, and internal teams to ensure the progression of complex, multi-functional programs.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, or stakeholder issues; escalate when necessary and collaborate on prompt solutions.
• Lead the successful execution of program milestones, such as stakeholder discovery, data diagnostics, creative recommendations, workshops, and project wrap-ups.
• Evaluate client-facing outputs to ensure that data insights and creative recommendations are clear, actionable, and aligned with the client’s specific business objectives.
• Utilize knowledge of creative effectiveness, digital media performance, funnel-stage measurement, and client KPIs to validate team outputs prior to delivery.
• Promote clarity regarding priorities, responsibilities, and next steps among cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Spot opportunities to enhance engagement delivery, share insights across accounts, and assist in scaling the Creative Readiness program.
• Support clients in advancing their YouTube maturity by identifying ways to boost creative effectiveness, diversify content, and increase production speed.
• 5–7 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a comparable client-facing role within an agency, media, tech, or digital marketing context.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and fostering accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Capability to assess data insights and creative recommendations, identify gaps, and translate intricate information into compelling narratives ready for clients.
• Strong understanding of digital media strategy, creative production workflows, marketing measurement, and performance KPIs.
• Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments where programs and processes are perpetually evolving.
• Direct experience in supporting Google/YouTube media or creative programs is advantageous.
• Experience in executive-level stakeholder environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and contemporary collaboration tools is a plus.
• Experience in supporting capability-building or digital transformation initiatives within marketing organizations is a plus.
