This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver support and services to clients by receiving and processing orders related to corporate public record filings and document retrieval.
• Engage with clients, colleagues, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
• Leverage systems to construct transactions and release various segments of the order for processing.
• Create proposals for clients, detailing fees and expected turnaround times.
• Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents.
• Maintain comprehensive records throughout transactions to ensure precise results and invoicing.
• Direct and relevant industry experience in nationwide corporate transactions.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in corporate public record filings and document retrieval.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and familiar with Adobe PDF documents.
• Discretionary bonus awarded annually, based on both company and individual performance, typically equivalent to 4 weeks of pay.
