This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Oversee calendars, communications, and priorities for leadership across various business functions.
• Manage projects from inception to completion independently, without requiring detailed guidance.
• Facilitate collaboration among teams, vendors, and external partners through clear and professional communication.
• Proactively anticipate upcoming needs and take action before being prompted.
• Utilize Claude AI as a primary resource for research, drafting, summarizing, problem-solving, and decision support.
• Employ Claude Code to create lightweight tools, automations, and workflows that minimize manual work.
• Use Claude Cowork and the broader Claude ecosystem for enhanced collaboration, documentation, and execution speed.
• Persistently seek innovative ways to leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of your output.
• Assume responsibility for ongoing projects and ensure they are completed successfully.
• Develop and sustain systems for task management, documentation, and knowledge organization.
• Identify risks and obstacles early, providing proposed solutions rather than just flagging issues.
• Keep leadership updated proactively, highlighting important matters without unnecessary information.
• Conduct comprehensive research on business topics, competitors, tools, and opportunities.
• Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights that leadership can utilize.
• Assist in strategic planning, meeting preparation, and decision-making with well-organized contextual information.
• Take initiative to accomplish various tasks, ranging from vendor coordination to content creation and internal process enhancements.
• Work across different functions without the need for clearly defined roles.
• Bring enthusiasm, ownership, and commitment to every task, regardless of its size.
• Practical experience utilizing Claude AI, including Claude Code and Claude Cowork, as part of daily operations.
• A proactive mindset: you act swiftly, solve problems, and do not wait for ideal conditions to take action.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English communication skills applicable in both professional and operational scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven history of following through without reminders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and effectively prioritizing in high-pressure situations.
• Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, operations, or high-responsibility generalist role.
• Experience in creating lightweight automations or internal tools using AI coding tools (Nice to Have).
• Background in a dynamic startup or founder-led organization (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Linear, or similar platforms (Nice to Have).
