This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the calendars for the CFO and leadership team, ensuring precise scheduling and coordination of meetings across various time zones.
• Prepare materials for Board and Executive meetings, document minutes, and monitor action items until they are completed.
• Manage travel arrangements, create itineraries, and oversee expense management with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Serve as a liaison between the Executive Committee, management, and broader teams, facilitating the coordination of distributed teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of priorities.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and commitments while establishing simple systems and processes to bring order to unstructured environments.
• Foster team engagement and culture by organizing events, offsites, and team-building activities, proactively anticipating needs, solving problems, and acting as a cultural ambassador with enthusiasm and positivity.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as required, consistent with the purpose of this position.
• Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, supporting a CFO or in a senior administrative capacity, ideally within fast-paced or high-growth settings.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in assisting C-suite and board-level executives, possessing strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams, providing clarity and structure in ambiguous and unstructured situations.
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in productivity software such as MS Office and other collaboration tools.
• High energy and a positive attitude, capable of inspiring engagement and nurturing a connected team culture.
• Fluent in English.
