This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the GM inbox: assess incoming emails, prioritize them, draft replies, and respond on behalf of the GM when necessary.
• Arrange travel itineraries.
• Develop onboarding and offboarding checklists for employees.
• Manage the storage and organization of business records and documentation.
• Create and uphold structured SOPs and system guides as part of training and knowledge documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers via email regarding order placements, production schedules, and shipping deadlines.
• Update internal project management boards to ensure transparency of supply chain progress.
• Conduct daily system checks to verify that logins and integrations are operating correctly.
• Execute basic data entry and manipulate Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and intermediate formulas).
• Format reports according to brand guidelines and specified fonts.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of system documentation and workflows.
• Prior experience in Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative positions.
• Ideally, experience in supply chain, manufacturing, imports, or SKU-based inventory environments.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
• Intermediate proficiency in Gmail and Google Drive.
• Experience with project management tools (preferably Asana; Trello or Monday.com are acceptable).
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems.
• Exposure to Shopify is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Technical Requirements
• Preference for Windows-based computers/laptops.
• Dual-screen setup (or willingness to use a second monitor).
• Permanent work-from-home arrangement.
