This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Oversee and systematize client leads through Excel and Google Sheets
• Uphold organized digital filing systems within Google Drive
• Manage client follow-ups, confirmations, and the collection of feedback
• Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and follow-up sessions
• Administer Google Calendar to ensure efficient daily scheduling
• Address client inquiries via both phone and email (inbound and outbound)
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all communications
• Document and monitor income and expenses
• Generate weekly reports for the accountant
• Interact with suppliers for order placements and restocking needs
• Monitor purchases and inventory levels
• Prepare and organize essential business documents (invoices, contracts, W-9 forms, etc.)
• Keep business records accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with basic management of Facebook and Instagram pages if required
• Exceptional English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Google Drive, Google Calendar)
• Highly responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with handling phone calls and email correspondence
• Capable of managing multiple tasks independently
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to grow with the organization
• Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination roles
• Experience in remote or independent work environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining organization
