This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in managing email and calendar systems.
β’ Handle the owner's email and LinkedIn account, engaging with clients on her behalf while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional tone.
β’ Supervise a complex calendar, coordinate all Zoom meetings, and take detailed notes that lead to actionable items.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and compile impactful presentations for meetings.
β’ Maintain the CRM (ActiveCampaign) by reconciling contacts and executing high-level sales administrative tasks.
β’ Oversee digital content and ensure all entries in the Learning Management System (LMS) are accurate and timely.
β’ Organize file structures in Google Drive and manage project workflows in Asana, employing advanced spreadsheet skills to track data.
β’ Proven track record as an Executive Assistant directly supporting a business owner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Outstanding critical thinking capabilities; must be proactive and able to anticipate needs before they are expressed.
β’ Advanced proficiency in ActiveCampaign, Asana, and Google Drive.
β’ Strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets and experience with data management.
β’ Highly skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and speed.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, the capacity to learn quickly, and a confident "executive presence" in interactions with clients.
