This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee intricate calendars spanning various time zones.
• Facilitate both internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
• Organize and manage domestic and international travel from start to finish.
• Prepare and monitor expense reports in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Provide backup support for the CEO's office during high-demand periods.
• Assist with executive meetings, off-site gatherings, and team events.
• Compose professional communications (via email and Slack) and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Identify and enhance processes to optimize executive support efficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
• Proven experience providing support to multiple senior stakeholders (preferably 4 or more simultaneously).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in tools such as Outlook and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
