This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee multiple inboxes to prioritize and address client inquiries and issues
• Execute ad hoc tasks related to payments, invoice management, and file organization
• Manage a calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel logistics
• Act as a liaison among employees, clients, and external stakeholders
• Prepare and edit various forms of correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and additional documents
• Organize meetings, establish agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow-ups and action items
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties with minimal guidance as required
• Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and coordinating efforts for successful outcomes
• Assist with both business administrative and personal tasks as necessary
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation as needed
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or accounting-related role
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills at the C-level
• 1 to 2+ years of experience with Project Management software such as Clickup or Monday
• Proficient in utilizing notetakers and AI tools for documentation creation
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with Notion and Monday.com for project management (or similar platforms)
• Must be available to work full-time in the EST time zone
