This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive team of the client.
• Organize and prioritize emails and phone communications.
• Arrange meetings and document minutes when necessary.
• Create reports and presentations.
• Support project management activities.
• Coordinate scheduling and reservations for flights and accommodations for the executive.
• Draft business documents and compile month-end reports.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Level executives or higher.
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, along with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with calendar management and booking hotels and flights.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite.
