This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the calendars of executives.
• Organize meetings, which includes scheduling tasks.
• Handle email correspondence and document requests on behalf of executives.
• Arrange intricate international travel and accommodations.
• Accurately and promptly manage expense reports.
• Create presentations, meeting notes, and various documents for executives.
• Prepare materials for board meetings.
• Travel occasionally as necessary.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an executive assistant position.
• Proven experience supporting the CEO of a private equity firm or publicly traded organization.
• Practical experience in drafting documents.
• Experience in preparing materials for board meetings.
• Exposure to global operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities, along with administrative coordination and logistics.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Capable of multitasking with excellent follow-up abilities.
