This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Associate Executive Director for Central Services, encompassing calendar management, meeting organization, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a primary liaison between the Associate Executive Director for Central Services and her direct reports, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread various forms of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Anticipate the needs of leadership and proactively manage priorities.
• Organize team meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, material preparation, and minute-taking.
• Assist and oversee Central Services departments in executing organizational leadership processes (e.g., reporting and strategic plan implementation with respective departments).
• Oversee office operations, systems, and administrative procedures.
• Maintain confidential files and organizational records.
• Aid in HR-related administrative functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support donor communications, acknowledgments, and database management.
• Facilitate fundraising events and manage program-related logistics.
• Collaborate with development and program staff to address administrative needs.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing support to senior leadership, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Occasional evening or weekend work required for international meetings.
• Occasional travel expenses covered by SIL.
• Training, coaching, and organizational support available during funding via a support-raising model.
