This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee calendars, manage scheduling, set reminders, and coordinate meetings
• Organize email inboxes and assist with follow-ups and communication management
• Aid in prioritizing tasks and sustaining daily organization
• Provide administrative support, documentation assistance, and reporting
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and operational workflows
• Help monitor projects, timelines, and outstanding tasks
• Liaise with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support operational organization and process management
• Ensure accurate record-keeping within Odoo and internal systems
• Assist with customer record management, invoicing coordination, and workflow tracking
• Follow up with customers about scheduling and project updates
• Maintain professional communication and timely responsiveness
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, operations coordination, or related fields
• Experience in supporting leadership within dynamic business environments is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Odoo, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRM systems, and Slack is preferred
• Offers Commission
