This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and facilitate the scheduling, travel logistics, and communications for executives.
• Efficiently manage incoming correspondence, prepare for meetings, and handle follow-up actions.
• Effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across various time zones.
• Keep precise records of appointments, decisions, expenses, and confidential documents.
• Utilize relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Assist the broader team with event planning, reporting, and various administrative tasks as needed.
• Spot opportunities to enhance workflows and boost executive efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms.
• Capable of working independently and managing your own schedule.
• High attention to detail along with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is a plus.
• Must possess a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
