This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Organizing emails and filing documents
• Updating and tracking spreadsheets
• Making updates to the CRM and tagging contacts
• Entering and managing tasks based on assigned priorities
• Responding to client emails using provided templates and guidelines
• Managing scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate individual
• Coordinating guest schedules and logistics for podcast episodes
• Assisting with content repurposing workflows
• This position is full-time
• Excellent written English skills are necessary as this role involves communication with clients
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Must demonstrate reliability and consistency each day
