This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as a vital liaison among executives, their teams, and both internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up.
β’ Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
β’ Oversee a diverse array of administrative responsibilities, including managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and processing expense reports.
β’ Provide support to executives across US and EU time zones.
β’ Organize both internal and external meetings.
β’ Plan logistics and events for team gatherings and executive offsites.
β’ Foster relationships within the organization.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multi-location setting, handling administrative duties for one or more executives (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, etc.)
β’ Proven experience in collaborating with sensitive, high-stakes external teams.
β’ Strong attention to detail, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a commitment to fostering a team-oriented culture.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proactive in taking initiative and solving problems.
β’ Familiarity with Google Suite.
