This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage high-volume email inboxes and intricate calendars across various time zones to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Supervise essential workflows while adhering to stringent document filing and record-keeping protocols.
• Contribute to marketing and visibility initiatives by supporting SEO efforts and enhancing Google Business Profiles across multiple office locations.
• Assist in managing lead intake processes, including inquiries from Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns, ensuring prompt routing and follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders by managing email correspondence and organizing meetings.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative operations position, preferably supporting founders or C-suite executives.
• Near-native English proficiency is required.
• Candidates must be located in the Philippines.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace and general digital tools is essential.
