This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Oversee Slack and email interactions for Khwan and Simon.
• Manage the calendar and appointments for Khwan and Simon, encompassing both professional and personal engagements.
• Execute various administrative duties such as arranging flights, organizing travel, coordinating venues, procuring items, and running personal errands as directed by the CEOs.
• Attend meetings with Khwan and Simon and supervise AI-assisted meeting documentation (e.g., Fathom, Otter); convert automated transcripts into clear, impactful action items and strategic follow-ups.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business operations to enhance your effectiveness.
• Offer general administrative assistance to other team members when needed.
• Monitor and track both business and personal bank accounts, and compile financial reports for monthly review.
• Undertake any additional related tasks or projects as needed.
• Future role: Assist in planning Khwan and Simon’s weekly schedules to ensure they focus on high-leverage activities for the company.
• Proficient in English (mandatory) and a native Thai speaker (mandatory), with excellent communication and writing abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-level executive support.
• Background in a tech or startup setting; experience at a technology firm is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Established proficiency and confidence in remote work settings.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

• Residing in Chiang Mai (preferred), or willing to travel to Chiang Mai within a 1–2 hour flight.
