This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver daily executive assistance to the company's leadership team (mainly the three co-founders).
• Oversee calendars, travel arrangements, inbox management, and meeting logistics.
• Facilitate both internal and external communications (via email, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).
• Organize team workflows, maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support operational activities.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new employees and ensure system organization.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events (both virtual and in-person, approximately quarterly).
• Participate in team meetings, take notes, and guarantee timely follow-up on action items.
• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA), ideally supporting multiple senior leaders.
• Highly organized with excellent time and task management abilities.
• Superior communication skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, customer relationship management systems (CRMs), and task/project management tools.
• Capable of remaining composed under pressure, meeting deadlines, and anticipating needs.
• Bonus: Experience in events, operations, recruitment, or coaching.
