This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings, including sending reminders and follow-ups.
• Perform research and collect information on various subjects as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members, clients, and venture funds.
• Manage bookings, travel arrangements, and all logistical requirements.
• Facilitate communication and clarification of essential information between teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Offer administrative support by managing documentation and correspondence.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as needed to assist the leadership team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in managing calendars, scheduling tools, and project management software.
• Problem-solving attitude with the capacity to manage a variety of tasks.
• Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders such as clients, team members, and external partners.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Work remotely from any location worldwide on your own schedule.
