This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver thorough executive support to senior management, encompassing calendar oversight, meeting organization, and travel logistics.
• Oversee bookkeeping responsibilities including invoicing, expense management, account reconciliation, and introductory financial reporting.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Aid in the development of presentations, reports, and educational resources.
• Keep organized records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Assist with special projects as required in a dynamic, mission-oriented setting.
• Prior experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a comparable support role.
• A background in pharmacy (degree, certification, or significant experience preferred).
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping methods and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
• Discretion when managing confidential information.
• Prior experience in healthcare, education, or consulting environments preferred.
• A bookkeeping or accounting background is advantageous.
