This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee emails, calendars, and appointments for clients and the Altierra.co team.
• Create reports, documents, and presentations.
• Conduct research on diverse topics and present findings to clients.
• Arrange travel logistics and accommodations.
• Supervise and manage social media accounts and online presence.
• Address inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
• Execute additional administrative tasks as required.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative position.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of social media management and online marketing is an asset.
