This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of and oversee task workflows in ClickUp and Asana.
• Maintain content calendars that are precise, well-organized, and adhere to schedules.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure production progresses smoothly.
• Assist in content publishing by coordinating with account teams to guarantee accuracy on the front end.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and organizing files.
• Engage with internal teams and clients to monitor feedback, approvals, and updates.
• Ensure seamless transitions and complete attention to detail throughout the content lifecycle.
• Practical experience with Amazon content and Seller Central.
• 1–2 years of experience in content operations, executive assistance, or analogous coordination roles.
• Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive approach—able to identify gaps before they escalate into issues.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Asana, and Slack.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Slack automations and AI tools is considered a strong advantage.
• Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks within a flexible schedule.
• Fully remote, with a flexible setup (part-time, hourly).
• Up to 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 4 hours per day (as needed).
