This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• We are a mental health technology platform that connects licensed psychologists with individuals seeking support while educating thousands through our engaging social media content.
• Our mission drives us to move quickly, and we are looking for a Founder's Associate who will work closely with the founders, operating at the crossroads of law, operations, and AI.
• This position demands high ownership and is not suited for everyone.
• Proficiency in English: both written and spoken at a professional level is essential.
• Owner Mindset: You take initiative, proactively identifying and solving problems.
• Bookkeeping: Responsible for tracking invoices, expenses, and receipts while maintaining clean and accurate financial records.
• AI & Automation: Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Notion, and Zapier/Make to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on regulations, summarize compliance topics, and assist with policy documentation.
• Recruitment: Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee the hiring process.
• Admin & Operations: Organize documents, update systems, and enhance daily workflows.
• Google Workspace: Ensure that Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar are well-organized and current.
• Research: Conduct necessary research for the business, including markets, tools, vendors, competitors, and regulations.
• Founder Support: Manage daily workflow, tasks, follow-ups, and priorities to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Calendar & Scheduling: Take charge of the Founder's schedule, meetings, agendas, and action items.
• Communications: Manage professional emails and messages with team members, partners, and external parties.
• Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external teams, tracking tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience supporting a founder, executive, or a fast-paced team is advantageous.
• Significant experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, and other platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar is a strong plus.
• Confidence in using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and shared file systems.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
• Ability to research legal and compliance topics and present findings clearly.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment are essential.
